Delivery Only or Professional Install

All Pergola Club products are delivered by a specialised team. If you have selected our install and secure service we will take care of everything for you.

In both cases you will be contacted to complete a pre-delivery questionnaire. It is essential this is completed fully to ensure everything goes to plan. In the case of installation there will be a delivery drop and the service team will arrive separately.

Returns

Due to the size of these items returns in the main must be handled at the point of delivery or installation. Upon delivery or installation each item or assembly will be fully inspected and signed off by the customer with a detailed report. In the event that an item is unwanted this cancellation request must happen prior to any delivery taking place. If an item is cancelled without at least 24hrs prior notice an administration and service fee of £300 will be deducted from any refunded totals.
